19_Map2The early education programs at Holy Apostles School are uniquely designed to provide a nurturing learning environment for the eager minds of young learners. The 3K and 4K preschool programs are a unique introduction to school and help prepare students for success in 5K and beyond. At Holy Apostles School, your young child will grow intellectually, socially, emotionally and spiritually through a hands-on curriculum that is the foundation for a lifetime of learning.

Schedule Options

3K -  3 days (MWF) or 2 days (T/TH) a week from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Wrap-around care, staffed by a Holy Apostles early childhood staff member, is available from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

4K and 5K - 5-day half-day and full-day options, allowing you to choose the schedule that is best for your child:

Half Day: 7:40 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

Full Day:  7:40 a.m. – 2:25 p.m.

 

On-site after school care is available from dismissal to 6 p.m.

* Children age (3 or 4) on or before September 1 are eligible for (3K or 4K) enrollment. To be considered for early entrance, a student must be (3 or 4) on or before September 15.
Curriculum Overview

The 3K, 4K and 5K programs at Holy Apostles School form the foundation for a lifetime of learning and academic success. Our curriculum is a carefully constructed three-year progression designed to fully prepare students for their elementary years and beyond. Enrichment Programs

In addition to the core curriculum, students also participate in the following enrichment programs with certified teachers beginning in 4K:

Library – weekly visits to the school library to enjoy story time and check out books

Art and Music – Regular opportunities to develop individual expression and an appreciation for the beauty of God’s world around us

World Language – Spanish instruction introduces students to foreign language and the larger world

Physical Activity – Opportunities to participate in structured and unstructured activities in indoor and outdoor settings

Field Trips – Multiple opportunities throughout the year to expand on learning themes beyond the classroom

Buddy Program – 4K students are mentored by 5th grade students and 5K students are paired with 4th grade buddies for Mass, reading and other learning activities
